2008.7-2010.6 Engineer – Leadership graduate program, XIANGTAN STEEL – subsidiary of ArcelorMittal’s joint venture with Valin Steel (10th largest steel company in China) • Led team of 15 engineers to coordinate NASA to conduct ‘Green Factory Project’ for solar energy, optimized budget by $2 mil USD, the biggest saving of the year among all projects; initiated assignments beyond engineer role, such as financial modeling ADDITIONAL DATA • Qualified Security Practitioner; Part-time in Haitong Securities (2010.4-2011.4) and provided personal financial advice to friends and colleagues • Co-founder of 31°NL Outdoor Club • Member of Junior Achievement Program and ArcelorMittal volunteer association: organized semi-annual visits to mentally challenged children and migrant students in Shanghai suburban areas
