• Led R&D department based in France to realize a new application, bringing about additional $1 mil USD and $10 mil USD revenue benefit expected in the next five years

• Acquired $4 mil USD contracts with existing customers, in spite of the nuclear market shrinking significantly after the Fukishima crisis
• Convinced customers who had been loyal to competitors for years to buy the ArcelorMittal product line by initiating a new sales model; this brought about a market share gain of 10%

• The first junior sales engineer to lead the technical service team for large scale nuclear projects which consists of 30% ($18.8 mil USD) of total revenue in China, previously only assigned to senior engineer (greater than 10 years experience)
• Led team of cross-functional senior engineers from customer service and R&D departments to co-design specifications for China’s new generation nuclear technology with nuclear design institutes of China

• Led team of 15 engineers to coordinate NASA to conduct ‘Green Factory Project’ for solar energy, optimized budget by $2 mil USD, the biggest saving of the year among all projects; initiated assignments beyond engineer role, such as financial modeling
