Each timer runs a whole session with its cues and chimes, fills the screen, and loops for the next team. Open this page on the room’s computer, turn the sound up, and leave it running.

Each timer starts by itself at its time on the VCIC agenda (due diligence 10:00, panel partner 1:30), so every room stays in step. Open it early and it waits; open it late and it joins where the other rooms are. Individual partner meetings start when you click, once the judges are in the study rooms.

Due diligence sessions

Morning: every team meets each startup.

  1. Welcome and get settled (18 sec)
  2. 14 minutes: founders and teams
  3. Founders leave
  4. 3 minutes: judges’ feedback to teams
  5. 2 minutes: transition; organizers fetch the next founders

Panel partner meetings

Afternoon: each team meets the judges.

  2. 10 minutes: judges and team
  3. Team heads back to the study room
  4. 9½ minutes: judges score, then read the next team’s deliverables
  5. Next team brought in, and it loops

Individual partner meetings

Late afternoon: judges rotate through the study rooms.

  1. 5 minutes: judges and team
  2. 2 minutes: judges move up alphabetically to the next team
