Taylor Henricks, Technology Investment Banking, Morgan Stanley

Taylor is an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group where he focuses on M&A.  Taylor began his technology investment banking career in 2002 and joined Morgan Stanley in 2007.

Taylor has completed transactions for clients across a broad range of technology sectors.  Clients have included LinkedIn, Palo Alto Networks, Seagate, Ingram Micro, Jive Software, Electronic Arts, Oracle, Cisco, Zynga, Conversant, Digital River and Ariba.

Taylor earned a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth where he competed in the 2007 VCIC.
