Richard Nespola, Jr. Termineur Capital Advisors

Richard Nespola Jr. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Termineur Capital Advisors (TCA), a boutique advisory and syndicated private equity firm directly serving the lower middle market. Prior to TCA, Richard was responsible for directing the product development strategy, global direct sales operations, financial due diligence and analytics practices of Liquidity Services Inc. He started his career as a lead consultant at Groundswell.net, a boutique technology strategy consultancy, working with start-ups and large corporate clients on technology transformation initiatives. He is an investing Partner in Quimby Ventures, LLC, where co-leads family office investment strategy. He is also on the BOD of InSITE Fellows, and is an alumni sponsor of InSITE DC. Richard holds an MBA from NYU and a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
