Peter is passionate about taking chances on improbable causes and providing entrepreneurs and partners motivation and encouragement to keep going even in seemingly dire situations.
He began his career at JP Morgan in New York, where he advised on M&A and IPO transactions for small and large energy companies in North and Latin America. He then joined Virgin Green Fund in London, a fund backed by Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, investing in young renewable energy and resource efficiency companies in Europe, Israel and North America. Peter helped backing and managing 11 companies at Virgin Green Fund and learned valuable lessons on capital efficiency, economic cycles, operational and entrepreneurial excellence. Having worked at Warburg Pincus and Silver Lake Kraftwerk in the recent past, Peter is now ready to apply best practices managing a diverse portfolio at CMEA Capital.
In addition to his work at CMEA, Peter also runs and sponsors a small non-profit educational initiative in Slovakia, and has participated in a Haitian-American non-profit organization focused on economic relief in Haiti.
