Judge Feedback to Team

Lead Judge: start the feedback with something the team did well.
Then focus on how they can improve.

How might they have done a better job demonstrating they were prepared?
What did they miss? Where did they fail to dig in? What specific info would you have asked for?
How might you have asked something differently to build trust/rapport?

Focus on the feedback, but also ask questions to help you understand the team’s performance.
