Michael Sullivan, Andrews Kurth LLP

Mike is in the Corporate/Securities practice in the Austin office of Andrews Kurth LLP, where he works with clients in various industries on corporate transactions, capital raising and legal compliance matters. His experience includes representing companies, investors and financial institutions in capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity and debt financings, and M&A transactions. He also has experience advising start-up and early-stage businesses on corporate legal issues, venture capital and other financings, stock options and other compensation matters as well as advising public companies on SEC and stock exchange compliance, including the JOBS Act, financial reporting and proxy matters. Mike earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from Harvard Law School. In 2006, he received his M.A. from American University, and in 2004 he received his B.A., cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
