Mark Rainosek, FD Venture Farm

Over the past 20 years, Mark Rainosek has founded five early stage technology companies, raised millions of dollars of strategic and venture capital, and has successfully exited three of the companies through acquisition to public technology companies.

Mark has acted as CEO, President, COO and CFO, giving him a broad strategic perspective on business growth. Mark has specific expertise in the areas of business planning and strategy development, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, sales/market planning and execution, legal and contract negotiation, financial modeling and analysis, and administration (HR, Facility, IT).

Mark is a member of Atlanta Technology Angels, Angel Lounge, Technology Executive Roundtable and MIT Forum.
