Javier received an MBA from INSEAD and holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE. Javier Torremocha has more than 16 years of transaction experience with leading global firms like Lehman Brothers (1994-2000) and, more recently, UBS (2001-2009). In between Lehman Brothers and UBS, he worked as Director of Business Development at Netjuice Capital, an internet VC funded by 3i, GE Capital and FCC with commitments over €60 million. Netjuice sold its 15% stake in Kelkoo.com to Yahoo Inc. for $575 million in 2004. His responsibilities in Netjuice included fundraising activity, M&A and business development for both at a holding level and for portfolio companies.
In addition, Javier has been an active Angel Investor, including companies like Idealista, Mundivox, Pulsar Technologies, Netjuice and Social Leverage.
