Greg Madden joined SVLS in 2002 and has more than a decade of transactional experience in healthcare. Greg focuses primarily on medical device and healthcare services investments, but also brings particular expertise in the areas of portfolio management and investor relations. He leads the firm’s fundraising and investor communication activities.
Prior to joining SVLS, Greg worked at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, in the Business Practice, Emerging Technology and Private Equity groups, supporting both venture capital funds and venture backed companies in business formations and financings, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital fundraising.
Greg received his BA with honors from Colby College and received his MBA with high honors from Boston University graduating Beta Gamma Sigma.
