The entire event is in the McColl building of UNC Kenan-Flagler. As you arrive at the building, plenty of of signs will point you were to go. 300 Kenan Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27599
Your team should fly in and out of RDU, Raleigh-Durham International, about 30 minutes from Chapel Hill, and a $35-50 Uber ride. Plan to depart on Sunday to take advantage of Saturday night networking,
There is plenty of free parking in our business deck for Friday and Saturday. Please do not come to campus Thursday. We are always overflowing Monday thru Thursday and cannot accommodate visiting teams. Email PV if your team is arriving before Friday and would like a place to work.
If you are taking an Uber or hotel shuttle, there is a DETOUR! Make sure your driver is aware that Kenan Drive is closed. You need to enter from this point (link to map). If there are other teams at your hotel, the shuttle may be over-booked — plan ahead!
In our new post-pandemic world, our hotel blocks get full quickly. Book as early as possible. Many teams report that a house on Airbnb is the best way to go. We do have a a couple of hotel blocks for you, both of which run free shuttles to and from the business school (but not to RDU).
If you are taking the hotel shuttle to campus, the shuttle may be over-booked with other teams. Plan ahead! Also, there is a detour. Make sure the driver is aware that Kenan Drive is closed. You must enter campus from this point.
