Evan Lengerich joined Heritage Group in 2015 and serves as Associate for the firm. Before joining Heritage, Mr. Lengerich was an Associate in KPMG’s Corporate Finance Practice where he specialized in M&A advisory, debt/capital raises, and valuations for software, internet and technology services companies. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Lengerich spent two years with Wells Fargo Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst in their Corporate Debt Finance Group in Charlotte, NC, where he structured CLOs and credit facilities for hedge funds, private equity firms and asset management firms investing in leveraged loans.
Mr. Lengerich has a BS in Finance and MS in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. He also holds Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
