Ester Girault is a former finalist of the VCIC competition and is starting her career in Management Consulting at the Boston Consulting Group in Berlin. She holds a B.B.A. from HEC Montreal, an M.A. in Strategy and International Management (SIM Master) from the University of St. Gallen and an MBA from NTU Singapore. Previous to her MBA she worked in Germany at MSU Consulting GmbH, developing Blue Ocean Strategy projects for leading companies across various industries (automotive, pharmaceutical, banking, food and beverage) and got to know the VC industry from the entrepreneur side by interning with the German financial startup Vaamo Finanz AG.
