Eddy Zakes, IESE

Eddy Zakes arrived at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain after co-founding a business that surpassed the $2 million revenue mark this past summer and serving as the vice-president of an internationally top-20 ranked education non-profit in the Midwestern United States where he was recognized as a regional 40-Under-40 Leader.
As a VC Summer Associate with JME Venture Capital, Eddy evaluated over 50 startups, developed a startup metric benchmarking “system” variable by business model and revenue stage, and identified, analyzed, then “championed” a deal leading to a completed Series A investment (unannounced).
During the final phase of his MBA, Eddy is also serving as an entrepreneur in residence at SeedRocket, Google’s startup accelerator partner in Spain and the country’s #1 accelerator.
