Cindy Boyd, Sentigy

Ms. Cindy Boyd is the President at Sentigy Inc. Her dynamic leadership style and passion for business has catapulted her to success in every endeavor she has undertaken. She is recognized for creating experienced, high performance technology teams that provide solutions where “it’s never been done before” and solving customer problems where others have failed. Her commitment to excellent client service has enabled her companies to grow quickly and profitably, with two of them appearing on the Inc. 500 fastest growth list. In 2001, Ms. Boyd co-founded Sentigy, Inc. to bring standardized systems and measurement tools to consulting in the technology and recruiting markets. Her vision was to build a profitable, values-based organization that was a great place to work and also a great company with which to do business. Prior to founding Sentigy, Ms. Boyd was with technology services company Paranet, Inc., where she built the largest business unit in the company, employing more than 100 technology professionals and generating over $10 million in annual revenues. Previously, she opened and managed ExecuTrain’s Houston operations. Ms. Boyd was a 2003 recipient of AWC’s prestigious Leadership in Technology Award and was also recognized as a finalist in Ernst & Young’s 2003 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (Houston). She is a community leader, involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo International Committee, Habitat for Humanity and the Houston Forum. Ms. Boyd serves on the board of directors for the World Entrepreneur’s Organization (Houston chapter) and has spoken to organizations such as the Association of Information Technology Professionals and Women in Technology International.
