Mr. Bartholomew joined UNC Management Company in 2004. As part of the Private Investments Team, he is responsible for the management of the venture capital, growth capital, buyout, real estate, and energy and natural resources portfolios. Prior to joining UNCMC, Mr. Bartholomew worked in the Accounting Department of MCNC. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Central North Carolina Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Mr. Bartholomew received a B.S. in Business Administration and Information Science with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds both the CFA and CAIA designations.
